我是自然捲細軟髮+敏感頭皮 青春期不懂事以為自己是油頭就使用清潔力強的洗髮精 直到出社會後發現以前過度清潔導致乾癢，才改用溫和單純的配方 並開始注意頭皮護理 以下是我最近去沙龍做頭皮護理的經驗: A店家: 使用肯邦冷橘 去角質>洗髮(溫和型)>頭皮保濕霜>洗髮>噴清新劑 做完之後頭髮變塌，頭皮有點癢 B店家: 主要使用ACTYVA 去角質>深層洗髮>舒緩敏感洗髮>敷凍膜>洗髮>噴化妝水>擦頭皮精華液 做完感覺最好! 頭髮蓬鬆、頭皮感覺很輕鬆無負擔，但是也最貴... C店家: 使用Extremity light 去角質>洗髮>敷膜>抹一點護髮沖水>噴清新劑 頭髮變塌，頭皮OK 我把A店家的經驗告訴B，她說"用在頭皮上的東西應該不會造成頭髮負擔" 但我直覺認為整頭抹上去都一樣保濕，有可能滋潤頭皮而不潤絲嗎? 不禁想是因為她有幫我再洗一次才比較清爽吧... 以我的狀況，敷完膜到底需不需要用洗髮精再洗一次呢? 我適合在洗髮後使用紫苑草精油保養頭皮嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.25.63
