當老闆是工作上主要的壓力來源時，請問各位都如何處理? 這幾個月跟老闆的關係時好時壞， 老闆個性非常情緒化，比氣象預報還不準， 以前還可以稍微預測雷點，可能是公司業績不振現在是常常爆發， 偏偏工作又跟老闆密切相關，簡直是動輒得咎， 情緒好時一切都OK，情緒壞時會大小事一起牽連進來罵， 把工作上所有事全都牽扯在一起， 只能一直說 是 我知道了，說明的話他也聽不進去， 當然也知道氣頭上就忍一下，可是心裡實在很不爽， 覺得自己被講得很爛，也會開始懷疑自己的能力， 跟不理性的人真不知要如何溝通，現在是能閃就閃，報告盡量簡短， 因為他是發薪水的人，真的是看著那張小朋友在忍耐， 有時候在想說服自己這是磨練，可以學到更多東西，為了錢... 結果每天心情都不好也不知道值不值得...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.59.86
